Your skin
Skin characteristics can be divided into skin types and skin conditions. You are born with a genetic skin type, but factors such as stress, diet, age, and environmental changes can shift your skin toward dry or oily tendencies.
Skin conditions can affect anyone regardless of skin type. For example, dry skin is more prone to fine lines and hyperpigmentation, while oily skin commonly experiences breakouts and acne.

1. Normal skin Type
- Balanced oil and moisture levels
- Minimal breakouts and fine lines
- Balanced pores; makeup stays intact
2. Dry skin Type
- Small pores, tight feel or flakiness
- Prone to fine lines and dullness
- May develop pigmentation spots
3. Oily skin Type
- Excess sebum production (especially T-zone)
- Enlarged pores and persistent shine
- Prone to clogged pores and breakouts
4. Combination skin Type
- Oily T-zone (forehead, nose, chin)
- Normal to dry U-zone (cheeks & jawline)
- Clear contrast between facial zones
5. Sensitive skin Type
- Delicate or thin skin moisture barrier
- Flushes or turns red easily
- Visible capillaries or reactivity to products
6. Dehydrated skin Condition
- Compromised barrier lacks water (not oil)
- Feels tight yet produces excess surface oil
- Prone to fine lines, sensitivity, and acne
